Funding Opportunities

Although we will have ongoing streams of revenue to alleviate the need for fundraising once we are operational, initially we must raise the funds to cover the cost of construction through generous donations from corporations, foundations and individuals. We have many funding opportunities and high-impact promotions which will provide extensive exposure, positive publicity and goodwill for our donors. Opportunities for naming rights for buildings and separate areas of the sanctuary, along with banner space in the indoor and outdoor arenas, will be attractive to corporations and individuals. The Tribute Wall and the Memory Garden will provide affordable opportunities for familiies and individuals as well.

Naming Rights

Each of the following naming opportunities will receive extensive publicity through signage, exposure to visitors at the sanctuary, all press releases and newspaper articles.

Main Building (1 at each location) -- One-time donation of $250,000

This building will be the entrance to all of the shelter's operations and will see over 100,000 visitors each year.

Spay/Neuter Clinic (1 at each location) -- One-time donation of $250,000

We will have a low cost/no cost spay/neuter clinic at each location to aid the community in preventing pet overpopulation.

Mobile Spay/Neuter Units (2 at each location) -- One-time Donation of $200,000

These mobile units are large RVs containing fully outfitted surgical units.  These units will be dispatched to rural areas in each sanctuary's region to provide economically depressed areas the opportunity to have their pet spayed/neutered to help alleviate pet overpopulation and stem the flow of unwanted puppies to area kill shelters and dog pounds. The donor's information will be placed on three sides of the vehicle.

Community Room (1 at each location) -- One-time donation of $100,000

This community room will be utilized for seminars and training, and also available for rent for community events, celebrations and business training.

Indoor Agility Arena (1 at each location) -- One-time donation of $100,000

The indoor arena will be used extensively for agility and conformation competitions.   The arena will be available for rental by canine associations for shows and competitions.

Outdoor Fairgrounds (1 at each location) -- One-time donation of $100,000

Our outdoor fairgrounds will host Super Dog competitions, Top Dog competitions, agility contests and regional conformation contests. The fairgrounds will be available for rental by canine associations for shows and competitions.

The community room, the indoor arena and the fairgrounds will also be utilized by other organizations for competitions and sports team practices, high school color guards and arena football games. These activities will produce a sizeable revenue stream for the sanctuary's operations.

Rescue Transport Vans (4 at each location) -- One-time donation of $50,000

The rescue vans will be dispersed throughout each sanctuary's region to rescue dogs from kill shelters and dog pounds who have been slated for euthanasia.  These vans will be a continuous source of publicity and exposure throughout the country and the donor's logo and information will be displayed on three sides of the vehicle.

Gift Shop (1) at each location -- One-time donation of $50,000

Dog Condos (100 at each location) -- One-time donation of $25,000

The dog condos will house 8-10 dogs and will be heated and cooled through natural, renewable energy sources. The structures are made of 100% recycled materials and will provide shelter and comfort for our sanctuary guests.

Specific Breed Areas of the Refuge -- (8 at each location) -- One-time donation of $20,000

The Refuge will be designed so that dogs of similar breeds will be housed in the same area. At the entrance to each separate area, there will be a large overhead sign indicating which area visitors are entering, and a donor corporation/foundation will have the opportunity to have their name on the sign which will identify them as the one responsible for providing the funding for the particular breed group area. There will be eight areas:
